Final cleaning is generally planned after major dust-producing work is complete and the relevant areas are ready. We’ll discuss remaining trade activity and site readiness before confirming the schedule.
We can review separate cleaning visits as areas become ready. Each stage, including any final touch-up visit, should be defined in the proposal.
Residue removal is assessed according to the surface, finish, and material involved. We agree on suitable treatment and scope before proceeding.
Agreed light debris and packaging can be included. Bulk materials, heavy debris, and specialized disposal are assessed separately and should not be assumed to be part of final cleaning.
Further construction work may create new dust or marks. We can discuss a separate touch-up visit, with availability and pricing agreed beforehand.
Pricing depends on project size, dust and residue levels, finished surfaces, access, cleaning stages, and deadlines. A bid walk helps establish the work required.
