Yardie Cleaning, LLC

Effective Date: October 14, 2026

Welcome to Yardie Cleaning, LLC. These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions governing your use of our website, requests for estimates, and engagement of our commercial cleaning services.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you acknowledge these Terms to the extent applicable. Any separately executed cleaning service agreement, proposal, or written contract will govern the specific services provided and will take precedence over these Terms where there is a conflict.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you have questions, contact us at Lancehart@yardiecleaning.co or 775-813-1183.

1. About Yardie Cleaning

Our services include:

  • Commercial janitorial services

  • Office cleaning

  • Medical and healthcare facility cleaning

  • Retail and storefront cleaning

  • Industrial and warehouse cleaning

  • Post-construction cleaning

  • Other cleaning services agreed upon in writing

Services are subject to availability, facility conditions, operational requirements, and an agreed scope of work.

2. Use of Our Website

Our website provides information about our business, services, service areas, and methods of requesting a cleaning consultation or estimate.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Submit deliberately false or misleading information.

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation.

  • Access restricted website systems without authorization.

  • Use website content for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Introduce malicious software or engage in activities that may harm the website or its users.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect its security, integrity, or lawful operation.

3. Requests for Estimates and Bid Walks

Customers may request a cleaning estimate or facility walkthrough, also known as a bid walk, through our website, by telephone, or by email.

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a bid walk does not automatically create a cleaning service agreement or guarantee an appointment.

Before providing a final proposal, we may request information about your facility, including its size, location, cleaning requirements, preferred schedule, and other relevant operational conditions.

Any estimate is based on the information available when it is prepared. Pricing or service recommendations may change if the actual facility conditions or requested scope differ materially from the original information.

Cleaning services will begin only after the relevant service details, scheduling, and commercial terms have been agreed upon.

4. Cleaning Services and Scope of Work

The cleaning services we provide will be based on the scope of work accepted by both Yardie Cleaning and the customer.

A service proposal or agreement may specify:

  • Areas and facilities to be cleaned

  • Cleaning tasks and frequency

  • Scheduled service days and times

  • Cleaning supplies and equipment responsibilities

  • Special cleaning instructions

  • Pricing and payment terms

  • Access and security arrangements

  • Any exclusions or additional service requirements

Services not included in the agreed scope may require separate approval and additional charges.

We aim to perform our services professionally and with reasonable care, using cleaning methods suitable for the agreed tasks and facility conditions.

5. Scheduling, Access, and Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing the access and information reasonably necessary for our team to perform the agreed services.

This may include:

  • Arranging access to the designated cleaning areas.

  • Communicating relevant facility security requirements.

  • Identifying restricted areas and sensitive equipment.

  • Informing us of known safety hazards.

  • Providing accurate scheduling and site-contact information.

  • Securing valuables, confidential records, and sensitive business materials where appropriate.

If access is unavailable or facility conditions prevent cleaning from proceeding safely, we may need to delay, reschedule, or modify the affected services.

Any applicable rescheduling charges must be consistent with the accepted service agreement or otherwise agreed upon with the customer.

6. Pricing and Payment

Cleaning prices depend on factors such as facility size, cleaning frequency, scope of work, labor requirements, and any specialized cleaning needs.

The applicable service proposal, invoice, or written agreement will identify the charges and payment terms.

Customers agree to pay properly invoiced amounts according to the agreed payment schedule.

Additional services or material changes to the original scope may result in additional charges, subject to customer approval.

Any late-payment charges, deposits, or other payment conditions will apply only where they have been disclosed and agreed upon and are permitted by applicable law.

7. Contracts, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

No long-term contract is required.

The duration of service, including one-time, recurring, or other arrangements, will be agreed upon based on the customer’s cleaning needs.

Customers may contact us to request a change, cancellation, or rescheduling of a service appointment.

Any notice requirements, cancellation charges, prepaid-service arrangements, or termination terms will be governed by the accepted proposal or separate service agreement, where applicable.

We encourage customers to communicate changes as early as possible so that schedules can be adjusted efficiently.

8. Cleaning Results and Service Limitations

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services and maintain clear communication with our customers.

However, certain outcomes may depend on factors beyond routine cleaning, such as the age and condition of surfaces, existing stains, previous damage, material sensitivity, and building maintenance conditions.

Some marks, stains, odors, residue, or damage may not be fully removable through standard cleaning procedures.

Unless expressly included in a written agreement, our services do not constitute a guarantee of sterilization, elimination of all microorganisms, regulatory compliance certification, or restoration of previously damaged materials.

Specialized cleaning, hazardous-material removal, remediation, or other work outside the agreed scope must be separately assessed and approved.

9. Safety and Facility Conditions

The safety of customers, employees, visitors, and cleaning personnel is important to us.

Customers should notify Yardie Cleaning of known hazards that may affect service delivery, including unsafe electrical conditions, exposed wiring, hazardous chemicals, sharp objects, biological hazards, or unsafe structural areas.

We may suspend or decline work where conditions present an unreasonable safety risk until the concern has been appropriately addressed.

Cleaning in medical, industrial, or other specialized facilities is subject to the tasks, procedures, access arrangements, and responsibilities expressly agreed upon.

10. Property Damage and Service Concerns

If you believe property has been damaged during cleaning or that a service was not performed according to the agreed scope, please contact us promptly.

Provide a description of the concern and any relevant photographs or supporting information so that we can review the matter.

We will assess reported concerns reasonably and work with the customer toward an appropriate resolution.

Responsibility for damage or loss will be determined according to the relevant facts, applicable law, and any enforceable terms of the applicable service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

11. Website Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current.

However, service descriptions, service areas, scheduling availability, promotional offers, and other website information may change.

Website content is provided for general information and should not be treated as a guaranteed service commitment unless confirmed in an accepted written proposal or agreement.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be accessible, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors.

14. Privacy and Personal Information

When you submit an enquiry, request a bid walk, or otherwise contact us, we may collect information needed to respond to your request and provide the requested services.

This may include your name, company name, phone number, email address, facility location, and details about your cleaning requirements.

Our handling of personal information is described further in our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about data collection, use, storage, sharing, and applicable privacy rights.

15. Service Communications

By contacting us or requesting services, you authorize Yardie Cleaning to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about relevant appointments, estimates, proposals, invoices, and service arrangements through the contact information you provide.

Marketing messages, if offered, will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and communication laws.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our website, business operations, service offerings, or applicable legal requirements.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Updates will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and any existing binding service agreement.

We encourage visitors to review this page periodically.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without overriding mandatory legal protections that may apply.

If a dispute arises, we encourage the parties to first contact one another and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

Any formal dispute process will be subject to applicable law and any enforceable dispute-resolution provisions in a separately executed agreement.
